Ciabatta Sandwich Recipe
A yummy ciabatta sandwich recipe filled with chicken, lettuce tomato and dressing.
4 ciabatta rolls, halved
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 Tablespoons Italian salad dressing
1 large tomato, sliced
4 Tablespoons mayonnaise
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
romaine lettuce leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Coat chicken breasts with Italian dressing and place on baking sheet.
Bake 30 minutes or until fully cooked.
Allow chicken to cool slightly then chop finely.
Spread 1 Tablespoon of mayo and a teaspoon of mustard inside each ciabatta roll.
To assemble sandwiches, Place lettuce, chicken, tomato slices on bottom half of bun.
Drizzle with Italian dressing, Salt and pepper to taste.
Top with ciabatta and cut to serve.
