Stir Fry Crab Recipe
This recipe for stir fry crab is so easy to throw together and very satisfying.
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 small onion chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup red bell pepper, slice thin
1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1-2 stalks of green onion, chopped
1 package (8 ounces) cooked crabmeat
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine cornstarch, bouillon, water, and soy sauce and mix. Set aside.
Over medium-high heat, in a large frying pan, add oil and heat onion, cooking until softened.
Throw in the red pepper, ginger and garlic and cook for a couple minutes, stirring often.
Gradually add the cornstarch mixture until it comes to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes until thicker.
Finally, add the crab and green onion, heating for another minute or two.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over rice or your choice of base.
